This isn't a program about following a checklist or memorizing frameworks

For Product Sense, Strategy, & Take-Home Assignments, it's about:
Distilling the “essence” of the problem in a structured way without sounding robotic and mindless.
Remaining clear-headed under pressure, even when they throw you problems you've not thought about before.

For Product Execution, Analytics, it's about:
Showing how you strategically set goals and not just robotically come up with a list of metrics.
Making data-driven decisions and trade-offs to prioritize the most impactful needle-movers.

For Product Leadership, it's about:
Telling succinct stories with nuances and depth that showcase your unique leadership style and approaches.
Showcasing your unique leadership style and approaches.
Many clients have successfully received PM offers at L5, L6, and L7 levels in Big Tech
You will learn the approaches that have been tested and proven over and over again.

The offer is also at the highest Level in their career to date.

By the end of our program,
You will understand what distinguishes a STRONG PM from the rest, AND:
Develop the agility to think on your feet, no matter the context when the pressure is on
Infuse your unique perspective and experience into your answers without relying on frameworks

I am a natural empath, which means I naturally take on feelings that other people feel. This is both good and bad. It's good because I don't just empathize with you because I can actually feel your pain, which can sometimes be bad if I don't set firm boundaries.
I emphasize on inner work when I detect negative self talk which ends up impacting how you show up in interviews and at work.Change the text and add your own content, including any information that is relevant to share. Then customize the font, size and scale to make it your own.
Earlier on, I was very uncomfortable with silence on a call. This can happen when I ask a question, and my mentee would need time to process the question. But I used to feel that silence meant the mentee did not knowing the answer, so I’d jump in and answer it for them.
This is not effective and I’ve since worked on myself and on my approach to allow more space that enables the mentee to process the information.
This learning is huge for me, especially when we are doing inner work. And I also ask the mentee to hold me accountable, don’t let me jump in. And if they see that I’m jumping in, they need to call me out on it.
I’d also ask the mentee to describe what is going through their mind, ie let me process this a bit.I realized that more than half of my coaching sessions revolved around mindset and inner work. When I notice limiting beliefs in my mentees, I'd recommend that we work on mindset first before working on tactics.
